                                  Urgent Motion Regarding Replacement Projector 11-4-2024

On 11/4/2024 it came to our attention that the projector we planned to use for the upcoming
General Meeting this month had been stolen during our break-in a few months ago. There was an urgent need to replace it and so a motion was made to the board by text. The motion was that we should approve no more than $400 towards the purchase of a replacement projector. This was seconded and passed unanimously by the quorum of responding members. Ken Freeman and Tim Newman will look for the replacement product. Responding board members were Debbie Miller, Tim Newman, Rob Gramenz, Ken Freeman, Steve Budde, Jillian Trinkaus, and Julie Glass.
